Faced with the complexities and irregularities of multiple sizes, miscellaneous shapes, many holes, many grooves, it successfully achieves the requirements of no direction, no position and no model for the pcb to be taken.It really solves many problems such as the flexibility and inhumanity of the machine;
- 2.The arm of the machine is driven by a closed-loop stepper motor, with stable performance and durability；
- 3.Standard configuration includes a handcart, two pallets, and a 304 stainless steel organizing frame；
- 4.Specially developed 304 stainless steel frame for neat pcb board placement on handcart；
- 5.The machine reserves the function of online control with the horizontal line；
- 6.You can place the PCB board on the handcart and wait for the machine worktable to automatically lower to the lowest position before pushing the handcart into the machine;
- 7.The suction cup group adopts the most advanced octopus suction cup with a stop valve function. When the suction nozzle is sucked on the hole or gong empty position, the suction nozzle will automatically close the stop valve to prevent air leakage and affect suction force;
- 8.The machine has an automatic dust blowing function；
